RentPal may review, approve, reject, or remove briefs and accounts to maintain marketplace quality, safety, and trust.
Messaging expectations
Keep first contact relevant, clear, and respectful. Messages sent through the platform should relate to a real rental opportunity or tenant inquiry.
Account action
We may limit, suspend, or remove access when behavior puts users, trust, or marketplace integrity at risk.
