Site purpose
RentPal is a rental platform for creating and reviewing tenant profiles, exploring demand, saving profiles, communicating and managing teams. It is not an estate agency and does not guarantee that a tenancy will be agreed.
Access and use
You must use the site lawfully, truthfully, respectfully and without discrimination. You may not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, harass, send spam, try to access another person's data or interfere with service security.
Intellectual property
RentPal's software, design, brand, text and original elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Users retain rights in content they submit and grant the permissions needed to display it and provide the service.
Liability and links
We work to keep the service available and information secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user content. Each user is responsible for their data, messages and rental decisions. Links to WhatsApp, maps, social networks or other third parties lead to external services with their own terms.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Olot or Girona unless mandatory consumer law requires another venue.
